1. What Zezen is

Zezen is a software platform that connects gyms/training boxes ("Gyms") with their athletes. A Gym signs up, manages its community, classes, memberships, and payments; an Athlete joins one or more Gyms to train, book classes, check in, and track their progress.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must give us real information (name, email, phone if you provide it) — an account created with false data may be suspended.

3. Each Gym's role

Each Gym is responsible for its own community: approving athletes' entry, setting its plans and prices, scheduling classes, and managing payments (cash or via the online payment system described below). Zezen does not own or operate any Gym — it's the tool they use to organize themselves.

4. Online payment system (Mercado Pago)

Cash membership payments, manually confirmed by the Gym, are always available and do not depend on anything below.

A Gym can also optionally enable online payments through Mercado Pago. To do so, the Gym connects its own Mercado Pago account via an authorization flow (OAuth) — Zezen never sees or stores that account's password, only an access token Mercado Pago issues to operate on its behalf.

Every time an athlete pays for a plan online, Zezen retains a 2% fee on the amount charged as payment for providing the payment infrastructure (the remaining 98% is credited directly to the Gym's Mercado Pago account). This fee may change in the future — if it does, we'll show it to you again before you continue using the online payment system.

Zezen acts solely as a technology intermediary for that payment: the Gym is the one selling the membership and is responsible for its own tax obligations on the money it receives, for defining its refund policy toward its athletes, and for resolving complaints about the service it provides (classes, access, etc). Zezen may cooperate in good faith with a complaint, but is not party to the commercial relationship between the Gym and its athlete.

5. Acceptable use

It is not permitted to use Zezen for illegal activities, to harass other users, to attempt to breach the platform's security, or to resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

6. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update Zezen and these Terms over time. If we make an important change, we'll notify you within the app. Continuing to use Zezen after a change means you accept it.
